Kym’s Story

After a successful 20+ year career as a senior leader with some of Australia’s most recognisable IT brands, Kym is now using her expertise and experience to empower and enable individuals & teams to achieve greater success through personal development. 

Kym’s business leadership and highly acclaimed learning programmes have resulted in many individuals achieving outstanding sales success, helped to fast-track career promotions, has helped business leaders and entrepreneurs to drive exceptional business growth and has inspired the creation and incubation of entrepreneurial ventures.

Kym’s initial inspiration to create her training and coaching business, came back in 2018 when she was facilitating a Marketing program for a group of women business owners from Papua New Guinea.  The program was part of a Certificate IV of Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation and most of the women were from agricultural backgrounds.  Kym named her business – ‘Sprout Business Growth’ to honour their tenacity, inspiration and passion that would leave a positive legacy for the next generation in their country.  In that classroom, they worked on nurturing the seeds of entrepreneurial ideas, sprouting business plans and creating targets to grow the fruits of success.

Whether it is 1:1 or group coaching, facilitated training webinars, personal branding on LinkedIn, or keynote presentations, Kym’s philosophy is to promote natural, authentic communication and the development of self-belief and confidence as the cornerstone of success. 

My Mission

My mission is to empower business leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs to people to sell with heart, and to be authentic in their client relationships to grow business on a foundation of trust.  I believe that embracing the skills and confidence to share your expertise with the world is fundamental to being of service to your clients, to enable success in your business and achieving your desired outcomes.

I help my clients go from feeling uncomfortable and awkward selling their ‘great idea’ to embracing sales/selling as an essential, achievable and (dare I say it?) exciting element in achieving their personal and professional goals.

Overall, when it comes to sales success and building business effectiveness, I’ve been there and done that. I’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly and now I help people make sure they’re ‘the good’!
